I walk with women through some of the biggest thresholds of their lives—conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the becoming that comes with motherhood. I don’t believe these seasons are meant to be rushed through, feared, or handed over without thought. I believe they are rites of passage. They ask something of us, and they deserve to be met with preparation, support, nourishment, and care that honors the whole woman.

My work is to help women feel informed, grounded, and supported as they move through these transitions. Through doula care, childbirth education, postpartum support, and gatherings, I help women slow down, ask better questions, understand their options, and come back to their own intuition, values, and inner knowing. I care deeply about how women are fed, how they are cared for, and how they are held—not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually too.

I want women to know that birth can be powerful, sacred, and transformative. My hope is to help restore a way of caring for women that is more human, more nourishing, more honest, and more connected—where women are deeply supported, families are strengthened, and no one has to walk these seasons feeling alone. 

I’m not here to tell you what kind of birth you should have. I’m not here to make anyone feel bad about anything. I’m here to make sure you know: you have questions you’re allowed to ask, support you’re allowed to want, and options you deserve to understand.
